These are some tricks I want to share with y'all that's great for the skin and will make it healthy as possible.
I have been using this recipe that will help the skin to prevent break outs also, great for general detoxing for your body.
- 2L of water,1 Med. cucumber, 1 Lemon, and 10-12 mint leaves and then leave it overnight in the fridge and drink it everyday for results.
- If you can't go to the beach I recommend, a saltwater scrub that will smooth out your body.
- 8 bottles a day will keep you hydrated and healthy also fresh.
- When cleansing the face with a cleanser of your choice, did you know cold water doesn't tighten pores or to much hot water can dehydrate your face? If you have any redness tend to go for cool water instead of cold.
